Description:
The dry mortar production line is mainly composed of hoist, to be
mixed warehouse, small silo, mixer, finished product warehouse,
packaging machine, dust collector, electric control cabinet and
automatic weighing system.
The dry mortar is mainly composed of cement, dry sand, thickened
powder and other raw materials. The special process mortar also
needs to add a small amount of additives such as cellulose ether,
which are stored in the storage tank for production and use. The
wet sand is first sent to the screening machine through a conveyor
for screening, and then dried by a conveyor in a three-pass dryer
that is sent to the drying line.
Dry mortar equipment mainly consists of storage tank, double shaft
gravityless mixer, hoist, to be mixed warehouse, small silo,
finished warehouse, packing scale, bucket lifter, dust collector,
automatic metering scale warehouse, frame, etc. .
The storage tank is mainly used for storing raw materials. The
general quantity is 3, which is used to store cement, sand and
other materials. During production, the cement and sand are
proportionally delivered to the batching scale bin according to the
customer's formula, and will be matched by the batching scale bin.
The material is sent to the bucket elevator, and a small proportion
of precious masterbatch such as cellulose and rubber powder can be
metered into the admixture hopper through the electronic scale, and
the material is lifted to the frame to be mixed in the frame by the
bucket lifter, and then the mixture is mixed. The material is
discharged into the double-shaft gravity-free mixing machine for
mixing. The mixed materials are taken into the finished product
warehouse by the pneumatic door, and then the packaging is
completed by the valve packing machine, which is one step ahead of
the simple production line.
